Talk with your Theatre Department or any theatre person in your area for plays that would be appropriate for middle school students.
For Prose - find out what the 4th graders like to read. Sometimes the 7th and 8th graders get too serious. Prose is storytelling. The younger child would have suggestions for a good story.
For Declamation - In Our Own Words edited by Senator Robert Torricelli and Andrew Carroll
You public library has numerous collections of short stories, plays, poetry etc.
The literature anthologies used in middle school often have suitable material.
The current YA fiction is a great place to start. Students often enjoy the authors the like to read.
Dramatic Publishing - especially plays by Suzan Zeder and Aurand Harris
